Outside Editing!

Hi! I’m typing this on my phone because my laptop is still being weird, but I thought I’d post a few edits of a picture I took a few summers ago. I emailed them to myself a while ago, so that’s the only way I’m able to make this post because of my laptop. So, I’m not sure how good the quality or size will be, but here goes nothing! This is a pic I took on my phone at Nashville Zoo on a visit with my family. I really love flowers, and I thought this might look good edited, so I tried it! Below is the original photo.

Here was my first edit, in black and white.

The next edit I did was a weird one. I messed with the chroma a lot, and got this alien/other-worldly fella. I really like this one. It almost looks mixed media, which is aesthetically pleasing to me. I also like the change in depth and the weird coloration. 

The last one is just a regular old color edit. I think this little bit of editing helps this photo pop. I think it’s a tremendous improvement on the original.

All in all, I think this is a really strong picture, and I think these edits made it pop all the more. Pardon the train wreck of a layout due to technology once again hating me. Hope you enjoyed!
