Assignment #1
Here is my original photo! This is a skeleton I saw hiding out in the art room closet.
The first edited image is a high contrast one.
This image is very low contrast, but has a very cold, science lab feel to it.
This one is very dark and very reminiscent of old black and white films to me. I really like the mysterious connotation that it has.
This is the first version I did with sepia tones.
The one below is my absolute favorite! Originally, I didn't think I would like the cool tones, but I really love the way it turned out. I don't really know why I like this one so much, but it really catches my eye.
The last one is just a fun additional sepia one with high contrast.
What you've done here is what I love about this assignment. Each one of these looks very different from the other, accentuating different shadows and highlights and differing amounts of detail. Nicely done.
ReplyDeleteNice job, Abs! These are all super different from each other and unique! My favorite is the super high contrast one cause it looks creepy...these are fresh as a daisy!
ReplyDeleteI love how all of your photos are so different from one another. Each one gives off a different vibe. My favorite would have to be the one that said it reminded you of an old black and white film. The photo has more of a grey look to it but balances out well with the black and white in the background. Great Job!
ReplyDeleteLove the diversity. my favorite is the sepia photo because it reminds me of those vintage anatomy posters!
ReplyDeleteThese are very nice! First thing I though of for some reason was Frankenstein but you did really good with the edits. The darker you went they more creepy it got and that's kind of expected from a picture like this. Great job!
ReplyDeleteHey girly! I love the photos! I think you did an amazing job at creating diversity between each one. Each one induvial has its own tone that could be viewed in many different ways! Great job!
